TF Semiconductor announced that new low voltage 100v single chip of 3-phase gate driver

TF Semiconductor announced that new low voltage 100v single chip of 3-phase gate driver in their new BLDC projects.

1) The device is TF0636 - Maximum input (bus) Voltage is 100V

2) Maximum VCC voltage is 15V and not 25V due to unresolved issues with the device -  I recommend not to exceed 12Vdc.

3) All bootstrap capacitors are 2.2uF

4) All FETs and bootstrap diodes are 600V - Including the input Bus cap - Essentially, the board can take 600V but not the 3-phase driver!

5) All gate resistors are 1 ohm - If they need other values they can always change them.

6) Current sense resistor is 0.1 ohm (2 X 0.2 ohms in parallel)

7) Current sense filter is 1nF and 1Kohm

8) Fault reset capacitor is 1nF , and resistor is 10K.
