The iD9384 is a high accuracy dual-channel, low noise, and low dropout regulator. It provides up to 500mA current at each channel. The iD9384 regulators are stable with output capacitors as low as 1μF. The other features include ultra low dropout voltage, high output accuracy, current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ratio. The iD9384 regulators are available in fused SOP-8 package. It is suitable for portable devices that demand a tight space with moderate load current. It is also suitable for PC peripheral modules application.
