The MSB10-400 is a general duty AC Surge Protection Device (SPD) for high risk electrical and electronic applications. The MSB10-400 provides protection against the direct and indirect effects of lightning and is particularly useful where space is limited. This device is designed for single phase applications up to 277Vac with a surge current handling of 10kA 8/20us. The MSB10-400 offers, very low leakage current to ground, produces no follow on current and has a low residual clamp voltage.

The MSBS10-400 provides wire connection leads for parallel wiring, mounting tabs to facilitate  easy surface mounting, high quality metal oxide varistors with integral thermal disconnection  compliant to UL-60691 and real-time visual fault indication.
