including super low current in operation/power save/power off mode, super low operating
voltage; can operate in 1.5V voltage, the characteristics include the built-in up to
1000 dots of LCD driver circuitry and strong command group, etc…, applied in LCD display
controller and driver, high performance and super low power consumption of less than
2uA at idle mode and LCD ON, compatible with TM87 series, TM87 and TM89 can provide
48~1000 dots of LCD perfect selection. Works well with perfect developer tools provided
by tenx technology, TICE89 emulator and TWR98 burner, will provide customer high
performance and low power consumption best solution.
