iDesyn’s iD8603 is a PFM boost IC with integrated Schottky diode, capable of 0.8V startup, delivering low noise and ripple outputs from 1.8V to 5V at up to 85% efficiency. iD8603 comes in SOT25 or SOT89 packages and requires only two external components, suitable for battery powered applications such as DSC/DV, Wireless Mouse and home medical instruments.
