Tenx is pleased to announce the release of USB 8-bit MCU TMU3132. The TMU3132 is a 2T RISC tailored to the Usb 2.0 full speed general purpose application. It features of multi-time program (MTP) for 4K*14 ROM. Internal RC oscillator 48MHz +/- 0.25% in USB mode and 12MHz clock output for RF 2.4G module. It supports USB DMA between SPI and USB for data transfer. SPI Interface support mode 0/1/2/3, Master mode, clock rate up to 6Mbps. Support suspend mode. Wake-up and watchdog timer. The Memory have 4K*14 internal MTP ROM and Internal 160 Bytes RAM at F-plane and two 64Bytes RAM at R-plane. The TMU3132 USB MCU is suitable for USB mouse and wireless 2.4G Dongle Keyboard.
