SINGAPORE – July 13, 2010 – Xenon Technologies closes the transaction to acquire the
Photoflash business from PerkinElmer, Inc. Xenon Technologies is funded by a consortiumconsisting of AAC Acoustic Technologies Holdings Inc., Granite Global Ventures Capital and Credence Capital Fund (Cayman) Limited.

Xenon Technologies also announced it had reached a significant milestone of shipping more than 38 Million units of TRIM XE TM xenon flash products to the top Mobile Phone Camera and Compact Digital Still Camera manufacturers.
