The iD6309 provides complete Li+ charger protection, maximum input voltage 30V, maximum output current 1A, combine many kinds of protection function to TDFN8- 2X2 packaging, integrated input over-voltage, input over-current, battery over-voltage and OTP. The internal detector will activate the leakage protection mechanism to prevent leakage current from battery back to iD6309，and pass IEC 61000-4-2(Level 4)、MIL-STD-883 ESD test，especially suitable for mobile phone system.
