iDesyn’s iD9310 is an ultra low drop, low noise, high speed CMOS LDO with built in over current and over temperature protection.  iDesyn offers fixed voltage options from 1.8V to 3.3V with current capabilities up to 500mA in a compact SOT-25 package.  iD9310 is designed to work with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, and is especially suitable for  battery handheld applications such as DV and DSC.
