The iD8244 is a high efficiency synchronous, step-down DC/DC converter. No schottky diode required , high efficiency up to 95%. Programmable frequency 300kHz to 2MHz, allowing the use of tiny, low cost capacitors and inductors 2mm or less in height, small 10-pin DFN package, up to 3A of output current, low dropout operation 100% duty cycle.
