The AP1295 is a linear, two-stage power amplifier MMIC in 2.4-2.5GHz band utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT process. With the excellent linearity performance, the device delivers 20dBm output power under 54Mbps OFDM (IEEE802.11g) modulation, with 2.5% EVM at 3.3V.
