TM52F8276/F8273 uses tenx F51 CPU Core, compared to the traditional 8051 IC, the overall operating speed is faster and more efficient. TM52F8276/F8273 keeps most of the characteristics in standard 8051, program memory provides 16K Bytes flash memory space, and also provides ICP/ISP/IAP storage function; evelopers can store data directly into EEPROM 128Bytes memory space, while internal IRAM provides 256 Bytes storage space, and internal XRAM provides 768 Bytes torage space, Provide 2 sets of UART interfaces compatible with standard 8051, and provides one set of SPI interface, Timer0/1/2 is standard 8051 timer. TM52F8276/F8273 provides very varied LCD display architecture, the driving capability is up to 8 COM 1/2 Bias, it also supports LED transductive output, ED can support up to 4 COM * 6 SEG pixel max. 48 dots output. In internal TM52F8276/F8273 provides dual frequency input FRC 12.9024 MHz or SRC 8 KHz, while external also provides dual frequency input FXT 1~12 MHz and SXT 2.768 KHz. For TM52F8276/F8273, tenx plans of using convenient USB development tool T-ink ICE Board connection EV8276 board, which can directly use the original IC (Real chip) to do ICE in-line trimming. Using USB EV8276 Board immediately simulate C condition, can access memory space and set register directly, provide routine breakpoint and step, can execute tracking analysis data, increase program development efficiency and debug capability, very suitable for fast product development. Packaging with QFN20/24/28, TSSOP20,SSOP28,SOP20/24/28 nd DIP20 provide the best possible package pin.
